Memorial Day Weekend

FNB this weekend!!! 10 o'clock at Sherwood for cooking. Folklife is also this weekend. Will we go there? You decide!

This weekend is the Ave Street Fair. It's uncertain, but we might eat there instead of VSP! What is certain is that we will cook as usual at Sherwood at 10am, and the decision will probably be made by whoever is there. Current Information - A Must Know!

Apologies to confused FNB patrons about the absence of fresh information up till this point. Last week we did in fact meet at Victor Steinbrueck Park, and it was glorious by all accounts. Today we did not do this, because we lacked the element of participation! Of course the few of us who were there were disappointed, but that is not extremely important. Something that is important is that FNB only happens when people make it happen, and it only thrives when people of disparate thoughts, backgrounds, brackets, digestive tracts, musical tastes, and culinary aptitudes join together in the spirit of cooperation! But seriously, it would be cool if more people showed up. Tell your friends! Spread the word! Free food should not be a hard sell!

Other good nEWs: Last night we found about $5,000,000 worth of bulk food items. Scavenging for fresh vegetals will hopefully continue, but in the grains department we are tycoons.
