TIME CHANGE

The FNB summer meeting has been changed to this Monday, June 29th, at 7:30 PM. Still at Cafe Allegro upstairs.

Apologies for changing the date with such short notice. It turns out that Sunday at 6 is the same time as the meetings for two other groups containing people who might want to be included.

SUMMER MEETING

This Sunday, June 28th-------6pm at Cafe Allegro (upstairs part)!

If you're interested in doing something with FNB this summer, please attend!

The main goal of the meeting is to decide whether we should do FNB over the summer, and if we should, exactly what we should do.

As always, anyone is welcome. No prior involvement or experience necessary.

Memorial Day Weekend

FNB this weekend!!! 10 o'clock at Sherwood for cooking. Folklife is also this weekend. Will we go there? You decide!

For anyone interested in coming to the party but not the cooking part, send us an email or give one of us a call and we'll keep you posted as things unfold.

This weekend---

This weekend is the Ave Street Fair. It's uncertain, but we might eat there instead of VSP! What is certain is that we will cook as usual at Sherwood at 10am, and the decision will probably be made by whoever is there. If you want to join in but you can't make the cooking session and want to be able to find out where we're going to be, send us an email and I'll give you my phone number. P34(3.

Current Information - A Must Know!

Apologies to confused FNB patrons about the absence of fresh information up till this point. Last week we did in fact meet at Victor Steinbrueck Park, and it was glorious by all accounts. Today we did not do this, because we lacked the element of participation! Of course the few of us who were there were disappointed, but that is not extremely important. Something that is important is that FNB only happens when people make it happen, and it only thrives when people of disparate thoughts, backgrounds, brackets, digestive tracts, musical tastes, and culinary aptitudes join together in the spirit of cooperation! But seriously, it would be cool if more people showed up. Tell your friends! Spread the word! Free food should not be a hard sell!

Other good nEWs: Last night we found about $5,000,000 worth of bulk food items. Scavenging for fresh vegetals will hopefully continue, but in the grains department we are tycoons.

Really? Really! Free Market

FNB is taking our scheduled detour this Saturday to the Really Really Free Market in Pratt Park (in the Central District). The market goes from 12 to 4, but we're going to get a ride down there at 2. As always, get in touch if you want to help with the cooking (still 10 at Sherwood), have food to donate, or whatever, otherwise we hope to see you at the park!

By the way, if anybody can stick around at the end (4pm) to help transport things back to Sherwood and clean, that would be really helpful!

The Yuzh

2:30 at Victor Steinbrueck, tomorrow, Saturday, 4/18! Come one, come all. It's going to be a beautiful, sunny day, perfect for a free food picnic. In the park!
If you want free food, have something to discuss, like to play or listen to music, or just want to hang out and be non-capitalist (and through your participation help others to do the same), then please join us. No income, age, or any other bracket excluded!
